What uncluttering are you proud of this weekend? Big, small, important, irrelevant, what matters is it happened!

Date: 2022-02-17 02:57 pm (UTC)Two mattresses out of the house is a huge achievement! Congratulations on that, and on all the other wins!
So much so! And yes, I tell myself repeatedly that if I don't do the small bits, I never see the progress. Struggling with that a bit at the moment, so very much appreciating other people talking about their progress because it gives me the strength to keep pushing on.

Date: 2022-02-17 11:08 pm (UTC)I also had to tidy the living room floor for an online training session, which got rid of 2 boxes of papers and junk and several empty cardboard boxes. It's so nice to see a visible sign of things going.
My house is a 3D version of those moving square puzzles and everything that moves means a better chance of something finally leaving the building and making room for something to get into yhe right place.

Date: 2022-02-19 07:50 am (UTC)yay for progress. And things going to people who will get use out of them.
That is all too familiar a feeling. Clean the kitchen counter? need somewhere for things to go, what about the table? Nope? The side counter? Weeeeelllll, if you move that there and that there and the other thing out to the garage, maybe there is enough space? I have this idea that when one of the kids leaves home, I'm going to move All! The! Junk! into that space, and then work out what to do from there. And that maybe then I'll have space to even think about the problem. Until then, argh.
