The weekend plus...

unclutterNot bad at all!
In: 6 single issue comics, one of which is getting autographed (hopefully) this next weekend and then going to a friend; one doll; one diecast Cars 2 figure.
Out: 2+" of juvinilia (self, was there a reason for saving every single note passed in the halls during high school?), a bundle of old work business cards (why....), 2 pairs of old glasses (new ones this week yay = old ones to Lions donation bin), some material scraps, 2 bundles of keychains (to sale box), about 2/3 of my plastic bracelet collection (to sale box), one metal lunch box (to sale box) and all the old notes from a coworker that were stored in it, a partial and somewhat disgusting set of Star Wars Pepsi cans from 1999 (MI = 10 cent deposit, will just hopefully take them to the store and trade for new soda), some random pokemon and furby toys (to sale box), some cardboard (to recycling), 1 PuffyAmiyumi doll (to sale box), 1 ridiculously expensive Transformers toy that I never even transformed (to sale box if I can find his instructions)...
Rearranged: About half of under my bed. Made space by putting empty boxes in other empty boxes (like empty laptop box, which has extra cables and discs in it too) - should now have spot for comic book collection.
Today: !!! A gentleman I know from nerd-stuff circuit came to my storage and purchased the porcelain doll collection that my Grandmother left me. Over 160 hideous dead-eyed porcelain dolls with really no value = gone! And I'll get $800 for them which will pretty much pay for a vacation I've been hesitant on booking for September because I didn't know how I was going to afford it. That cleared out pretty much everything physical my Grandmother left me personally, and while there's still some of her personal possessions there to be sorted, more than half is now gone!
Also sorted a couple boxes for the toy sale, yay! More remaining than I thought I had, but that's okay. I'll get there. Gotta take a break til morning, though - has gotten way too hot to be doing much of anything.
