How goes the decluttering? Have you shifted anything out of the house? Found something to sort through? Had thoughts on things you can let go of?

Comments open to locals, lurkers, drive by sticky beaks, and anyone I've forgotten to mention.

Congratulations to everyone who has found and/or disposed on any clutter in the last week!

Optional extra, for those who did the low key January challenge: was there anything you want to comment on? Shall we look to do it again next year? I very much appreciated that there were people willing to get involved, and it helped me with focusing my uncluttering. I have a whole area in the main room that is now clear of junk!

In case you need to hear it: if you have a challenge you want to run, or you need a buddy for something, this is an open community. It is absolutely fine for you to decide to run something! No permissions are needed. I only checked in for this one because I needed the motivation of knowing other people were going to be involved.

I broke down a bunch of big cardboard boxes and took them out. Also got a little bit done in the living room, but... a little bit. ^^;;

A side table has gone to the local re-use shop today, and a bag of electrical cables to the recycling centre along with a bunch of ancient cardboard boxes hauled down from the attic. Plus two blankets that never ever get used!

Still a long way to go, but the amount of stuff in the house is reducing bit by bit by bit.

Again, more magazine tossing. Decluttered my office desk (and found some important letters I need to attend to...

I also enjoyed the January challenge - perfect time of the year and let's please do it again!

I moved some boxes into storage and need to give one box away to charity. I have one other box I need to store but I have to wait as I have no big boxes for the contents yet. My bike is back in my car and I think the next big thing should be my *desk* of all things. So many papers... The task is a bit big for my tastes as it includes my computer *desktop* clutter (scanning documents and organizing).

So desktop, when I remember, I aim for 10 minutes of decluttering files. I suppose I can attempt that with my physical desk as well. But oh man, the papers lol
