How goes the decluttering? Have you managed to rehome anything? Find a stash of things that were no better than rubbish, and bin them? Clear out a stash and now have an empty space? Anything, small or large, physical or virtual, counts as a win!

Date: 2025-03-02 08:43 am (UTC)We had a youngling visit on Friday, and managed to send some of the stash of decluttered books home with them. Not as many as I'd hoped, but more than zero.

Stepping up our recycling game.
Date: 2025-03-08 11:19 am (UTC)I seem to be hemming and hawing about recycling a daybook from the National Women’s Health Information Center with a 2005 calendar that I reused for 2024. The information is still useful, but I believe it’s similar to other health guides we already have.
Re: Stepping up our recycling game.
Date: 2025-03-10 07:16 am (UTC)I am fascinated at the option to purchase a better recycling plan! Batteries and lightbulbs go to collection centres at schools or community libraries, but several of the other items I don't think we have the option to recycle locally. There is one place about 20 minutes drive away that does styrofoam, but one has to have large enough quantities to justify going there.
Did you make a decision on the daybook?
