Mid-week uncluttering

What have you achieved in your uncluttering journey today?

Personally, because I've been focusing on a) not letting my to do list get further out of control and b) welcoming a friend from over east who is moving into student accommodation for the next six months uncluttering has not actually been on my mind. However, I've found some things that might be surplus to my requirements, and they can borrow them for a bit. So, out of my house, but probably not out of my life.

I pulled a set of ten books from the shelf and put them into a donation box - I have two further books that I haven't read yet that are part of the set so they won't actually be given away until I've read those two, but the decision has been made so I feel better for it. They're a great set of books, but in all honesty, I can't see me ever come back to read them again.

Oh, well done. I fully understand the relief of 'this will leave the house' -- I have one I've failed to finish for months, but it is going to a friend when I'm done, and it is such a nice feeling to know I don't have to do anything else with it.
