What are this weekend's decluttering achievements?

I found some public transport cards for other Australian cities, and have offered them on Buy Nothing. I've yet to decide which of the requesters will received them, but at least I've made the offer!

I am planning to take some books to a specialty shop later, and I took pictures of some vintage weaving magazines to list them for sale. I'm actually enjoying this experiment in selling as a slow, sustainable decluttering practice instead of getting overwhelmed and just laying waste to everything. XD

Managed to finally recycle an old phone and some magazines. Now to remember to set the recycling bin on the curb this week. #whoops

Getting them in to the bin is still a job done. Here's to the bin going out at the appropriate time.

I sorted some recycling ready to go out on Tuesday for collection. I've also swapped out some socks - I got some new ones and threw out all of the old ones that fall down when I'm wearing them or slide and wrinkle under my foot making walking uncomfortable.

Good job on getting rid of the old socks as part of the process of getting the new ones. I hate throwing out socks, because they still look fine when not on feet.

I offered a thing on fb and no bites, so it's in the donation pile. I don't have the emotional energy to haul it up to a certain donation place right now.

More shredded paper and garden rubbish have left the house. Still making progress with getting stuff in the garage ready for a trip to the recycling centre/dump.

Two pairs of jeans that don't really fit went into the thrift shop bag. The bag is nearly full so I need to plan for a trip to the thrift shop soon.

Oh, that feeling of letting go of something that doesn't really fit. Such a relief, and yet the frustration that if only... Here's to finding time for the thrift shop visit.
