How goes the uncluttering this weekend?

I sorta accidentally did a bit of garden uncluttering that has been on the cards for a while -- a friend wanted some garden rocks, I had some in the way, at some nebulous point they were going to them, and then suddenly there was someone coming over to help shift them. I'm suffering a bit from over extending myself, but it is nice to have them gone. All that is left are four or five 'two man' rocks, which means that two strong people who know what they are doing can shift them, but ordinary people cannot. I'll probably get those rolled into a place where I don't want to put a veggie patch, but it isn't happening now.

Also, for those who haven't seen it, I'm writing up (and working through) a first draft 'Geek Uncluttering' - a program that walks people through a range of things that need decluttering, but actually makes allowances for the sheer quantity of Stuff (so, the one I read, that suggested decluttering books was an hour task at most; I'm allocating a month). I'm posting that on my personal journal. If you want to follow along, you would be welcome. I'm thinking about how to run it as a community, but I want to have at least tried out some options first.

And if people on this community are interested, this could be the place to do it. I might put up a poll at some point (assuming that I can).

I went to two book sales this weekend and brought in 14 books for myself, I think, plus a huge pile for my daughter. I already got rid of one of the new books because I read reviews for it and it sounded awful, so I took a look at it and it didn't hold my attention, so off it goes.

I also sorted the pile of plastic bags and put the ones without holes in the storage container for bags. We normally take cloth bags with us almost everywhere, so I don't know how we still end up with so many plastic bags. However, my state is banning plastic bags starting next year. And of course, we forgot our cloth bags when we went shopping yesterday, but thankfully, we got mostly paper bags, so I folded those up and put them in the closet so I can maybe use them for my yard sale sometime this year.
