What have you found to reuse, repurpose, or rehome today?

I've found a project that will use up the yarn I bought online that turned out to be thicker than I expected, and so I haven't used for the planned project I bought it for (I'm using up some gift yarn that I had forgotten about instead, so win there as well). I'm making crochet 'Yip Yips' as gifts for a couple of friends. (free pattern here if anyone wants to know more). I'm about half way through the first one, and anticipate I'll get about five out of the yarn I have.

... tired mouse posted the wrong link. try here for the Yip Yips (Sesame Street character)

I put two things in for donation, will drop those off on Monday. I returned a thing I borrowed. I've got a buyer lined up for this morning for a toy set I've been trying to sell for months!

Child and I cleaned out some toys and identified the ones to give away or sell. We filled a laundry basket! I'm very pleased with this as it was all the child's decision with no prodding from me. Now I have to list them for sale or find a place to donate them.

Gave another free thing away on the curb.

My pantry challenge is going well. I made notes on the shopping list for Spouse of things we do NOT need and I've been eating what we have, throwing out what we will not eat.
