I've had reasonable luck passing those kinds of things on to people who have different sensory reactions than mine; typically face to face friends, workmates, and people I see regularly. I also feel like I've seen them left in a 'free for anyone' box in a short stay accommodation (I know that there were all sorts of things in the shared food box), so if there is a communal area (laundry?) in your apartment complex, could you put them there? And if you have workmates that you talk to, you could ask whether anyone is interested in such things, and then bring in some there?
While there are some bathroom things I wouldn't take/would recommend ditching (half used soap and deodorant), things that come in bottles seem pretty safe
Oh, and if there is a local freecycle list, check whether they permit those kinds of things. You might find that someone is willing to come pick them up.
