(no subject)

I've had a very busy two weeks and I spent a week of it away, although in two separate chunks. So I'm feeling very behind unclutter wise. I've lost track a little, so some of these are approximate.

In: 2 x uni books (don't count)
Mass of photocopying for uni (Again, not counting)
1 x headphones for ipod (I swear I seem like a headphone buying fiend but I'm not, they just all crap out at the same time)

Out: 6 x uni books (I think, again, they don't count even if it feels less cluttered)
1 x jacket the zip of which broke before Christmas!
3 x ends of candles I had fun using up
miscellany of socks and underwear (let's say it counts for 3)
3 x trinkets I disliked and weren't worth sending on anywhere
1 x toothbrush head (not yet replaced as we already had some)
1 x small group of defunct nail files

Pending: (Things I'm throwing out but haven't quite worked out how or when yet)
1 x small wheeled suitcase. (Stupid handle to drag it broke when I was away)
1 x pair gloves (need to find replacement first, they have a hole)
1 x pair walking boots (probably going, I need a better pair these give me crazy blisters but they're my only properly waterproof shoes for now)


Previous total: 26 down
New total: 37 down (21 items in and 33 days which makes it look less impressive!)

I'm pleased I'm at least up to date with my one item per day.

Go you! For me the habit building and attitude changing is more important than totals.

And you reminded me that I have a jacket with a broken zip!

Thanks, and yeah, I'm liking building up the habit. I think it's sticking because I got very annoyed that my away days made me unable to remove items.

I'm glad I could remind you of something too.
