What unclutttering have you done recently? Are you feeling pleased with your progress? Tell us so we can congratulate you, and maybe feel inspired. I took some kids collector cards (animals), some in albums and some loose, in to work and gave them to a co-worker with smalls. My shelf of 'things to rehome' now has a visible section!

Ha! I can relate. I have a spot on top of the bookcase with two sets of magna tiles (kids magnetic blocks) out ready the next time I see neighbor with a little boy.

I FINALLY managed to hijack a friend's trip to the tip and got rid of last autumn's collection of stuff. I also admitted that I wasn't likely to use my bike again any time soon and put it in my largely inaccessible garage, and took advantage of the sunshine to clean off the filthy tarp, so now the corner of my spare room looks beautiful and organised and I am DELIGHTED.

(A tiny amount of actual decluttering, but it's making me happy every time I go in there!)

I tackled my kids' toys. Nothing like maintenance coming to change the filters to get me to do what I've been thinking about doing for months. [I had to empty their closet and got rid of a bunch of their stuff and bought a box to store some more of it properly]

I put a whole lot of chopped-up cardboard boxes into the outside recycling bin
