mid-week uncluttering

Doing this a bit early today, because the evening is going to be busy. What have you done towards your uncluttering goals today?

I got the kids to look through a basket of bath toys (of which they kept none), threw out the dodgy ones, washed the rest, and then added them to the pile of things going to the op-shop. Which got dropped off -- two boxes, and the dolls bed I keep forgetting is there.

I have 3 electronic things to drop at a recycling place, a baggie of batteries to drop at that recycling place, some textiles to drop at THAT recycling place, and a movie to donate to the library. I hope to get these done on Saturday.

Goodness! I hope the the errands go smoothly on Saturday, and all the things leave the house.

I've been going through some boxes with random stuff in them and got rid of a bunch of papers I don't need. I also found some comic books in the boxes, so I got my comic box out and found a few to get rid of, took a bunch out to read/skim, and hope to take any I don't want to the local comic shop and trade them in for toys or something since I'm not a huge comic book reader.
