Hello friends!

How's your week shaping up?

I got little done over the weekend and hoped to get back on track. Lots of little things happened!

I added a shirt to the donation bin and dropped of the bin!

As soon as I get to the post office, I'll send 2 things to a friend.

I'll donate 3 things to a local school today.

I cleaned up a thing to give to a friend, whenever we run into each other. For now, it lives in my car, but that's more out of the way than the closet.

And I'm offering two things on fb, though I don't have high hopes for either one.

Wow, you've done quite a lot this week already!

Two stuff stacks got tackled in the craft area. Two patterns were packaged up for later reuse, several things thrown out, and the table completely cleared in order to start a project. My efforts to find organization-type objects are starting to pay off - I have to know that the paintbrushes are in the tallest tin and the thread is in the drawer of the new cabinet, but at least they aren't scattered all over the tabletop. \o/

That sounds like some awesome progress -- things decluttered, things stored in a better way, and a space cleared for a new project! Well done. :-)

My big Unclutter achievement this week was to go through most of the kids' clothes and get rid of things that were outgrown or were very worn. I'd say the task is about 3/4 complete. It should be finished on Friday.

Goodness, that sounds like a HUGE Unclutter achievement! I hope you're able to get the task finished this week and give yourself a pat on the back and a nice reward for a job well done!

Thank you! I still haven't quite finished, but today (with the children's help) managed to tidy up their two big buckets of toys, and they agreed to donate some of their old toys. Their room is a lot calmer now.

Now I just have to do the same to my home office...

I'm always so impressed by how you do so many small things (of the kind that can make a big difference over time) in so many areas -- good job!

I went through some of my stationery stash and got rid of about half a trash bag of stuff -- some to trash and some to recycling. Most of it was various kinds of plastic and card folders that had been salvaged when decluttering old paperwork. I was comfortable during this pass to let go of all but a small amount of the stuff in the best condition, as it's clear I'm not going to ever use most it. (One of my long term goals is trying to NOT accumulate paperwork again....)
