Taxes definitely count as uncluttering - dealing with administrative and mental clutter! Also it sounds like you've done a huge amount for B2P. I hope tackling your own shelf of books went well.
The charity bag I put out on Friday morning disappeared, so hooray for that being Out. I also went round and emptied the trash bins that were mostly full of stuff from decluttering and that amounted to a grocery bag or so that's also actually Out.
