mid-week check-in

yukonsallyWho has time for decluttering this week? It's Thanksgiving in the US and the start of the holiday season. Lots of holidays in the next six weeks or so, in all faiths and countries. Some involve material goods and gifts. I like the eating holidays best, myself. Bring on the pie!
I've tried to clear some more space for the impeding gifts for the children. I've listed another 3 things for sale as a lot, and am gathering up bits for another toy lot for sale. Added a thing to the handmedown bin and two things to the donation bin. I think I have identified some headphones that are broken and can be recycled.
I donated a CD to the library's upcoming book/media sale. I added some sweets from our pantry to our holiday feasting for this weekend. I gave away 7 or so skeins of yarn I've accepted I won't use. Small progress is still progress.
