adairIt's late, but I thought I should report something. I have done very little uncluttering for the last three weeks. Sluggishness, and the urge to just read random things took over. This week I managed a little; I ripped the backs off about 20 catalogs so I could shred the bit with my name and put the rest in recycling. I thought I had done with the catalogs, but of course more came. I am going to try to get them ready for recycling within a few days of their arrival.
I took 4 books to B2P to move them on, and I made the effort to return the DVD that came with 2 Disc 1 and no Disc 2, before the return date passed. I was pleased to discover that I could return the package to the Amazon Locker on campus, and pay no postage. I have complained about the space the Locker takes up in the book store, and the fact that that space was once used to assemble returned textbooks that B2P got for use or for sale, but at least the Locker has been of some use to me.
I have 4 banker's boxes of books for the prison library pick-up date in my house. They need to move to my garage to join the 6 already there, and I need to get everyone to agree on a date to finish sorting the books before the pick-up date - October 24. So I am starting to get things done again, but I seem to have needed a long vacation from uncluttering.
