I had no idea this existed, but if you have old ereaders/electronics sitting around gathering dust, Amazon runs an electronics trade-in program.
Search results for Kindle.
Search results for Nook.
The general Electronics Trade-In.
It's all part of Amazon's Trade-In Store, but I figured that electronics might be of particular interest as they're especially hard to get rid of as they get older.
Apparently the way it works is that Amazon acts as the middleman between yourself and a third party, and you receive an Amazon.com gift card as payment. Check out the FAQ for more information.
I thought I'd pass it on as older electronics are hard to sell, give-away or donate. Given the flexibility of the Amazon.com gift cards, it certainly might find use on items that might help anyone doing a physical-to-digital de-cluttering, such as digital music, ebooks, or whatnot. :)

edit - As noted in the comments, markets like Craigslist are likely to yield higher amounts of money, should one sell directly to another buyer. Amazon definitely does not have the top dollar value for one's trade-ins. :)
