I am back in business, moving stuff around and out. A visit from Mike has prompted a sort of mini fall cleaning; so often B and I need this kind of pressure to undertake anything beyond very basic housework. We tosses some old bottles of stuff from the bathroom, and I ripped the backs off about 30 catalogs that were stacked waiting for this, so those are gone. I took a batch of pens to the B2P workroom and cleared out a batch of political mail asking for my opinion on various issues, so some surfaces are less congested.

I took 12 books to the B2P workroom, but this was not nearly enough to make the living room functional for a guest, so I packed a LOT of books in banker's boxes and took them to the garage. There are 4 for 3Rs that will stay until we have a library pickup day, 2 with books for B2P that will come back in after Mike is gone so I can get them to the workroom in batches. Six are MY Books that I am not yet ready to let go of, or at least to make a decision about. I plan to bring these back in one at a time and focus on figuring out what to do with them. A lot of them I plan to read, but I have been too busy to get a lot of reading done. I will have to think about all this.
