Mid-week uncluttering
What have you found to free yourself from today?
I looked in my wardrobe, and realised that one of my winter tops didn't come off the hanger this winter, so in the outbox it went. I'm eyeing off a couple more to add as well. And the friend I help with cleaning filled a small shopping bag with clothes to take to a clothing swap, so wins all round!

I put four books in the book donation bin yesterday. I also threw out six ends of packets of spices, which were ancient -- I realized I am almost certainly never going to cook the things I used the spice for again. And if I do, I should buy new spices!
And some items I'd set aside a few months back with a "probably to throw away" label actually went into the bottom of a trash bag that I'm adding to.

I've seen some benefit to my efforts - it's becoming easier to keep the decluttered areas tidy now there is less clutter - I managed to dust two rooms, plus the stairs and vacuum the whole house in less than an hour (with the exception of one room) because I didn't have to do much 'stuff moving' to be able to clean. There's still lots of space for improvement but I'm hoping that seeing the benefit of what's been done so far might keep my motivation progressing.
