mid-week uncluttering

How is everyone going with their midweek uncluttering?

If I have found anything big, I have forgotten it, although there appear to be more items in the 'for the op-shop' pile than there were, so maybe the kids have been helping. What I have discovered is that everyone around here is uncluttering, and several op-shops are turning away donations, so I think I'll leave them in the hall for now!

This morning though, I went through my pile of papers (the small one on the table, not the big 'for later' one in the spare room) and extracted all the obvious to do lists. I got more than half of them read through, and the remaining relevant tasks transcribed in to Trello or Habitica, as appropriate, and then the lists binned! The jobs still need doing, but at least the paper isn't taking up space on my table any more!

I'm lucky - all of my tax returns have been The Most Straightforward Type, AND have been done online since that came in as the new standard, so there's very little LEFT in that file. Just need to go through and check what's past its seven-year mark (which is when the tax office stops caring, here. Or at least stops wanting you to store your records). So it should be pretty straightforward, honestly.

But if you have anything even slightly more complicated, oh man I bet that's a nightmare. *hugs, tea and/or booze as appropriate?*
