 what a weekend!

I added a thing to the handmedown box and shipped the box!

Two things to the donation pile. 

Added lots of little toys to the Halloween giveaway box (to which we will add candy for the trick or treaters, but they can choose a toy or candy).

I listed four things for sale, THREE of which have sold!

Spouse cleaned out a drawer, and I'm not sure what that pile on the bed is for (donation or give away), but it's on the move.

Smallish carrier bag filled with shampoo, conditioner, hand and body lotion that I don't want/like all in car to be given to my sister. Three bottles/tubes of body lotion and shower gel finished, washed out and recycled. Identified that some of the towels are looking very ragged so spoke to Dad and he would be glad to receive donation of old tatty towels for his 'emergency collection' - used when he's dealing with leaks, spills, paint etc, so rummaged through cupboards and came up with another better condition set which I have now washed and prepared for use, so then it's just a matter of packing up the ones to go. Not sure it counts but I've also filled two bags with weeds from the garden?

Also posted two parcels of gifted items to friends. Finally not exactly uncluttering, but took a trip away during which I expected to accumulate a number of books and managed to return with none so more of a not cluttering further, rather than an uncluttering.

Donated four books to the nearest little library yesterday. Also decided to get rid of an old shirt and brought down another bag to donate.

Thank you for posting! I completely failed to take into account that I was going to be at a convention all weekend, and only home to sleep.

And those are some fabulous achievements you've listed, particularly with getting things out of the house, and Spouse getting involved.

I took the rest of the box of books I've taken responsibility for to the convention. Some went for a gold coin donation, and the ones that hadn't gone by Sunday night I put on the free table. Some of those didn't go, so I'll be dropping them at the op-shop on the weekend.
