What have you found to farewell this fine Wednesday?

My achievements have merely been rearranging clutter, but I'm blaming that on ill health, and not a sudden bout of the shan'ts.

I sold a thing yesterday, and convinced Spouse to throw away an old pair of worn out shoes (these shoes have not left the premise yet!). I've listed another thing to sell.

All good things! Here's hoping Spouse actually gets the shoes out of the house before they forget they were going to throw them out.

I am uncluttering my desk at work. So far, two outdated tech manuals out, and a small stack of other books to examine. Some of them are good quick-ref type things and can stay around. Others are long reads and need to go home.

I've unearthed (ha) some bulbs I meant to plant this fall and an empty pot to plant them in, so that's nice.

Oh, the sympathies about desks and the uncluttering thereof. I have temporarily solved my problem by getting rid of some stationery out of a drawer, and putting all my half scribbled on pieces of paper in there. I wasn't reading them anyway :)

Someone at work posted a wanted ad for a wardrobe yesterday. She came round today to look at the one I want rid of. While I was clearing it out yesterday, I came across a pair of trainers that must have been Ma's. Barely worn and too small, so will go to the charity shop at the weekend.

I've been away on holiday, so this week has largely been spent doing laundry and putting things away -- but I did find a top and three scarves to donate while I was putting things back. Which helps balance the couple of new things I bought for the holiday. :-)

I got rid of a book today and I found some more toddler clothes yesterday to sell in my yard sale this weekend. Pretty much my whole week has been taken over with yard sale prep.
