Weekend check in

How did your weekend efforts go?

It wasn't a great weekend for decluttering here, so I am counting cleaning out the fridge! Otherwise, I donated 3 books to the library, donated some textiles, sent a thing to a friend, and cleaned up three boxes in the garage. Of those three boxes, I was able to give away the contents of one (it was half full of things we hadn't used in... many many years), condense another into a smaller box, and place that smaller box into the third. Two cardboard boxes went into recycling. The corner is cleaner, but I wouldn't say it's cleaned up.

One jacket out.

Several containers in, which Counts because they will hold small items that currently have nowhere good to live.

Earlier efforts taken to organize some gaming supplies came in handy when we wanted to go somewhere and have them easily to hand. Now, if we could get the rest of them boxed up... there's a reorganization that needs to happen there. TCGs are a never-ending source of clutter. /sigh

I was away at the weekend, so no uncluttering. However, in the last couple of weeks I've bought an awful lot of new shoes and clothes, so I really need to spend next weekend clearing out stuff to make space for the new stuff.

Your list sounds like a lot of decluttering. Certainly, I'd count that as a very successful weekend, even without the fridge, so you can be justifiably pleased with yourself!

I spent more of the weekend than usual being social, and so did very little, none of it decluttering. And completely forgot about posting sunday night, so thank you for remembering!
