How have you progressed your uncluttering goals this weekend?
I've gone back into the Junk Room of Doom. I cleared a path, found a set of winter pyjamas I'd forgotten about, and many other things besides. I pulled out an incomplete crochet project, and worked out how to repurpose most of the existing pieces, so I don't actually have to make the rest of the squares -- two cat blankets coming up. I've done most of the sewing together, but it will be a week or so to add the necessary borders. And I managed to send an old pair of roller blades home with a friend.

I sold the last thing for a decent price. I received a large box of handmedowns, and quickly passed on everything that wouldn't work for us, to a friend who was thrilled to get them. My friend picked up the many things for the garage sale. I sorted some sentimental clothing into a better trunk and put two of those shirts in the donation box, which will be donated today. And I cut up all cardboard in the garage for recycling.
