as planned, took a box to the op-shop. One less small pile in the front hall!

Also, provided a list of books to the offspring for comment, removed those they want to keep, and will work on rehoming the rest (about 25 books) over the next week.

In preparation for the kid coming home with partner, we removed most of the boxes that we'd put in there (some just temp relocated), broke down her bunk bed, and put together a futon that they both fit on!

I took care of a few things piled in the hall between bedroom and bathroom. A couple are going to be problems for future!me to deal with, but the hallway is clear now and that's good.

(Frex, was given a nice illustrated cookbook that I plan to put on my cookbook shelf when I get one of those, but I think the space I'm going to use is currently covered in rocks and stuff, because my kitchen just... keeps happening.)

And ah, yes the yak shaving problems of sorting things out.

I should probably shift over to the kitchen for at least a week and see if I can take care of some of the cascading messes I made for myself. Nothing is horrific but a bit of effort into catching up with myself there would probably actually go a long way.
