week's work

Spouse had the opportunity to pick out an annual prize from employer and instead of choosing a thing, Spouse chose some (subpar but oh so good) cookies in a tin!  Spouse decided we didn't need another thing cluttering up the house.  I'm so proud.

Eldest Child and I went through summer clothing and kept some, added some to the handmedown box when I've since shipped.

I sold TWO things within an hour of listing them!  One was purchased to resell at a profit, one was an electronic toy thingy Spouse decided to part with after cleaning the office today.  To do my part to clean the office, I wound those two thrift store skeins of yarn and put them away.

Assorted personal wins:  Garage sale across the street.  I didn't buy a thing.  I visited another second hand shop and didn't buy a thing.  I purchased only necessary things at a second hand shop (water bottle because kids lose them, the thing to resell, yarn I'll use then sell the resulting item, and a CD from my childhood.  so close.).

Upcoming goals:  Work with the handed down to me clothes for the kids to condense as possible.  Return things to a store (requires a minor road trip).
