Over the last few days, I've taken a box and a basket, emptied them out of the assorted Stuff, and then done a first pass through into definitely rubbish and 'other'. I've put some of the stuff away, the basket has been recycled, and some of the stuff will be going back in the box for me to do another pass through later.

Also, the dead washing machine will be leaving tomorrow, because the people delivering the new one will take it away. So that is one thing we don't have to worry about!
